Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you’ve had a lovely weekend.

This practice began as a way to celebrate the small wonders (from this class) that I took time to notice in my week or over the period of a month. It’s a wonderful way to begin a gratitude practice if that is something you may feel is calling you too! So please do comment with your ‘Small Wonders’ too!

This week has been a little unsettling for many in my area here in Spain as we have had wild fires in the national park and over the mountains for the last 4 days. I am safe where I am, but the falling ash on my balcony, blacked out sun (we even had a red crescent moon) and sounds of helicopters reminds me of all the things I am thankful for. My heart goes out to all who have been evacuated, the wildlife and the brave firefighters who have been battling the fire and winds. This morning, the sky is looking clearer with just a distant smoke cloud behind the mountain, so there is hope that this will be over very soon.

Although hearts have been heavy this week with the forest fires, there are many things that have been making me smile in my little postage stamp sized apartment & art studio. Here are just five!

Green Juice to boost my immune system!
My New Sign hanging up reminding me to move forward!
Finding a Passion Flower and being inspired! (This is one of the designs in my Coloring Botanical Mandalas Book)
My Chilli Plant that just keep on giving!
Back in the Studio again, recording videos for my Spring Clean Your Life class. (50% off early bird now)

What has been making you smile recently? Leave a comment below as I would LOVE to know! It’s such a wonderful way to recognize the Small Wonders in our Life!

Lots of love Louise xx
