When I was back in the UK last month, we ran our last Life Sparkle weekend of the year, celebrating abundance. We had a wonderful time with participants from all over the UK and the USA who joined us to celebrate what abundance meant to them and to invite more of it in.
We took part in group meditation and coaching sessions, book making and visioning as well as an abundance of food, drink, laughter and conversation.

I had a wonderful time at the Abundance Retreat, Louise! I have yet to finish my vision board and book because I have been busy with other projects but I am eager to get back to them ! I will have to check out May as I would love to come again.
