When I woke up this morning, there was a storm on it’s way and I almost stayed home, rather than go to yoga. I am so glad I listened to my inner voice as the little lotus poem above spoke to me in our closing meditation and I felt all my earlier heaviness from the pending storm clouds, just drift away………
