“Sew Hoboken” exhibition closes today and what a wonderful response I received to all the pieces in the exhibition. I am so honored that all the originals were purchased by a patron of the museum and donated to become a part of the Historical Museums permanent collection of Hoboken art. WOOHOO!
Thank you to the museum and all who came along to view and to all who purchased prints. As part of the exhibition, I put together some audio snippets about each piece so I’d love to share these with you below. Hope you enjoy this little virtual exhibition and please let me know in the comments below which is your favorite if you have one.
Prints, cards and canvas reproductions are available through Fine Art America here.
Thank you so much for visiting. Xx
WOW Louise, thank you for posting this virtual exhibition. As you know, I did go to the opening night, and purchased a print of Journey, but I hadn’t listened to your comments on each piece until now. It makes a big difference to how you view each picture. So glad to hear that this exhibition is now a permanent fixture in the museum. Well done!!!!
oh, Louise. I just love your virtual show. It is great to hear the inspiration behind every piece. The music is great and each piece is just lovely. Great job!

Oh Louise…these pieces are amazing! And your commentary really brings them to life, it’s great to hear the inspiration behind each piece. My favorite would have to be Waiting Room as well…not only for the visual beauty of it but because it is a constant question I am asking myself: am I doing what I want to be doing or still sitting in the waiting room?
Beautiful work :).
I can not put into words how much I loved that Virtual Tour of your Hoboken Art! I believe my favorite is the Josephine Uni-Sex Sign. I wish I could have a time machine so I could just go back in time and see all the people in Josephine Uni Sex Shop. Wonderful Louise. Congrats to you. You deserve this!!
this is amazing! i just love the virtual tour! what a gorgeous exhibition 🙂
congratulations to you!!!
