Story: I am an orange, lemon, lime freak! (bet you didnt know that). Every morning I have some kind of citrus in my morning ritual water. It usually is a lemon. The day doesnt go by without squeezing either an orange, lemon or lime into more food throughout the day. I love the taste of citrus on my food, especially salads and did you know having more vitamin C in your diet helps break down the fats in your food?
