I popped out this morning for a lovely long walk and wanted to share some of the delights I found… HAVE A HAPPY HALLOWEEN WEEKEND EVERYONE.
Funny Faces at the local market
My Neighbor going to town on his front yard decorations
Witches just “hanging around”
Pumpkins and streamers as you enter a home
Open doors I’m weary about entering!
Art and Sculpture in a front yard
Friendly faces in the pumpkin produce.
Pumpkins, Pumpkins and more Pumpkins
Funky squash partying together
“Pop Up” store just full with Halloween costumes
Puppets in my local hair salon
and most of all….getting some fabulous mail art for Halloween from a flying sister. Thank you Heidi. 🙂
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE HALLOWEEN DELIGHTS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD?
P.S. Pop back on Tuesday for the Creative Color Challenge Ornament Swap Kick Off! yay!
I love the Halloween take over in your neighborhood. I am behind and have yet to buy a pumpkin! But the kids have costumes which is at least something!!
Did you just re-do you blog? I love the sidebar art!
Oh my goodness everyone goes crazy over there! I love all these things, especially the scarecrows! And orange is such a warm colour, so lovely to see on the streets on a chilly day
It is so funny reading your post and your comment on Beth's blog about Halloween. I am sitting here AT WORK, in an Owl costume reading your blog post. I look to my right and I see a chef. We have a sumo wrester, air traffic controller, Doctor, circus preformer, Police officer, Vending Machine and so on….
I asked another co-worker that is from France (I work for a French based company) if Halloween was celebrated in France and she said, not as crazy and widespread as it is in the US.
i love halloween decorations- esp. the ones you can keep out thru november. so i bought some pumpkins and odd looking gourds for my porch-
seems to be lots of spirit for the holiday around here!
halloween decorations are so fun and whimsical.
Your great photos got me in the Halloween Spirit! We even have a bit of wind howling here to add to the spookiness.
Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog, Louise!!
Have a wonderful Samhain, Divine Goddess of Art 🙂
wow – it's like magic land over there! 🙂
Isn't Halloween fun! I love all the colors!
