Happy Friday all! I’m joining the “Joy Jam” session over at my other site: “your heART makes a difference” again this week.
What made you smile this week?
Join me in sending positive energy out into the world to help make a difference.
Many things made me smile this week and here are just 5:
Homemade soup on a rainy day. (Split peas, butternut squash, celery and sweet potato YUMMM)
Discovering wonderfully autumn sites on my way to the gym. 🙂
Getting back to the swimming pool for a swim & a steam – LOVELY!

Creating and seeing patterns everywhere! {blog post here}
Meeting inspirational speaker David Icke and artist Neil Hague over dinner last night.
(I’m off to this event on Sunday)
My 5: My new mattress. My new latex pillow. Hearing my baby is getting ready to meet us. Baconlube (LMAO). Chocolate.
Wonderful things to be joyful about! that soup looks so yummy!
Dancing with my children, watching them dance, the smell of the soil, digging my allotment then stopping to have some tea from my flask!
I was at the shops yesterday in the Christmas decoration section when a young family walked past and a little boy about 2 yrs suddenly saw his favourite characters and then saw the santas on the decorations. The squeals of joy and unbridled joy was so infectious that is brought the biggest grin to my face and a tear to my eye to remember how my boys were like that at that age. A bit different now that they are 22 and 19.
This looks like an ‘autumn’ gratitude list! MMM..; soup! 🙂
Dearest sweet louise, your beautiful post made me smile! I love your soup…it looks so yummieee! I hope your week is off to a beautiful start! Love to you!
