Look at these gorgeous gorgeous colors!
Thank you to everyone who took part in the challenge to create your very own Color Wheel using any materials or shapes you liked. More coming in the flickr group as participants are sharing their creations here.
I went a little unconventional with my color wheel. With the work I’m doing on the “Color Your Life” kit, I have been thinking alot about what food I am eating, the colors and what they mean and how they relate to our energy. (This is all linked to my adventure of color & energy in my coaching program too). So I raided my fridge and decided to challenge myself to see if all the colors were represented somehow. Okay so blue is sort of a tough one, but I feel like I had a very balanced fridge! below is my attempt.
RED: Cherry tomatoes & Strawberries,
ORANGE: Carrots.
YELLOW: Lemons & Pineapple,
GREEN: Cucumber, broccoli green pepper!
INDIGO/BLUE: Blueberries,
VIOLET: Red onion, cabbage & eggplant/Aubergine.

Each of these food colors are linked to helping us balance out our energy system known as our chakra’s.
(I’ll be covering more later in August)

Dear Louise, Thank you for sharing this wrap up of the colour challenge. Wow what beautiful artwork everyone created! I love the creative way in which you arranged the foods in your fridge by colour too. How awesome! THank you for visiting me in my new space and for the lovely comment. I’d love to meet up with you too! Wini xox
I love coloured food ! When I was young, I liked to prepare unicoloured meals, especially blue ones because we are not used to eat that colour of food so my friends were surprised ! For example, I cooked rice with a few drops of methylene blue in the water… No taste, but very special colour !
Now I’ve rather eating natural orange food : melon, carrots, orange pepper, orange… I think this is my favourite food, becauseit’s tasty and I feel like if it was giving me energy !
