The mandala coloring pages are for both adults and children and you can print off as many copies as you like to enjoy.

Each mandala can take from 30 – 60 minutes to color depending on the medium and style you decide to use. Drawing and coloring mandalas feel like a meditation to me and are a wonderful way to relax, so a perfect way to either start your day or wind down in the evening.

Coloring is also a wonderful compliment for therapy programs and recovery for patients. According to clinical psychologist Ben Michaelis, coloring is a stress-free activity that relaxes the amygdala — the fear center of the brain. If you are a therapist, feel free to use these pages with your patients.
